For Citylink Next Day Delivery, your package will arrive via courier. In the
event that you are not home when your package arrives, the courier will leave a
message in your post box to inform you he will be back the following day. The
courier will attempt to deliver your package to your home 3 times before sending

For Pallet delivery, your order will arrive via courier. Additionally, you will
be contacted by one of our team members to agree and confirm delivery date and
time.
We also offer special discount pricing for orders totalling more than 500 Oval
tissue boxes. The chart below is a summary of our large order discount pricing

There is no maximum number of Oval tissue boxes you may order for each design (the per oval limit is 999, but to order more you can just add
the same design as a new line item, and request another amount, up to an additional 999). However, for large orders (usually 150 or more) you
may be contacted by a consumer service representative in order to confirm the details of your order and requested design, prior to us
completing the transaction.
